In anticipation of our participation at IBA 2025 (May 18–22, Düsseldorf), we invite you to discover one of the most advanced solutions from our Bakeflex division: the cooling spiral for bakery products.
➡️ A high-efficiency modular belt, tailored to suit different products (pizza, pinsa, croissants, focaccia, sweet buns, cakes), ensuring even airflow at every level of the spiral.
The belt is specifically designed to deliver optimal performance even with powdered or floury products, maintaining proper airflow and minimizing the accumulation of residues that could affect hygiene or cooling efficiency.

➡️ A fully sealed insulated cell, engineered to reduce energy consumption while ensuring constant thermal insulation.
